Catch up with some of the country’s greatest chefs this winter at the Fairmont Copley Plaza’s popular winter cooking series, the Celebrity Chefs Culinary Program. Now in its 10th year, the Culinary Program allows food lovers to learn the fundamentals of cooking from talented and accomplished chefs like Mary Ann Esposito, Andy Husbands and Gordon Hamerlsey. The classes, which take place on Saturdays from January 15th through February 26th, run from 1:00-3:00pm and feature the chef’s presentation, recipe sampling, wine tastings and discussions with featured wine purveyors. Admission to individual classes is $50 per person. Proceeds of the program benefit Share Our Strength’s Operation Frontline and the Boston Center for Adult Education.
