Hungry Sundays go to Puglia in December

Explore the flavors of Puglia as interpreted by chef Jody Adams at Rialto’s popular weekly series, Hungry Sundays. Guests can choose from starters like pasta battunta with Jerusalem artichokes and sausage; panzerotti with oxtail and olives; and roasted mushrooms with fried bread crumbs. The menu’s main focus is a tiella of mussels, monkfish and potatoes. Pastry chef Tal Shofman-Schejter contributes an olive oil cake with almonds, figs and vincotto. The three-course prix fixe, which is available in addition to Rialto’s regular menu, costs $45 per person. Call Rialto at 617.661.5050 to make reservations or for full menu information.
