Chef Jim Solomon welcomes guests to gather round the fire at The Fireplace for his semi-monthly tastings, aptly titled, Fireside Chats. Every other Saturday, Solomon, with a little help from various food and wine experts (think: farmers, vintners, brewers and the like) will explore wines, spirits, beers or seasonal specialty foods. Fireside Chats run from 3:00-4:15pm and generally cost around $25 each (though prices may vary). The schedule through the end of the year is listed below.
