Under the guidance of chef Greg Digiovanni, the Navy Yard Bistro & Wine Bar’s portfolio gets a make-over. Showing off the skills he acquired at the New England Culinary Institute (and at Boston restaurants like Maison Robert and Grill 23 & Bar), Digiovanni gets creative with foie gras, yet keeps it simple with a beautifully presented flat iron steak.
