New Chef, New Photos from Aujourd’hui

With the departure of chef de cuisine Jerome Legras, and the arrival of chef William Kovel, it’s the dawn of a new day at Aujourd’hui. Kovel, whose culinary travels have included stints at Jardinière in San Francisco, Orrey in London and Radius right here in Boston, adds six new dishes from his inaugural menu to the Aujourd’hui portfolio – with a little help from pastry chef Tim Fonseca, that is.
