Conundrum Adds Flavor to the Head of the Charles

The Head of the Charles just got tastier for rowing fans – chefs Eric Wernsing and Jen Pearson of Harvard Square’s Conundrum will be preparing some of their signature treats on Saturday, October 21st and Sunday, October 22nd. Stop by the Weld Boathouse from 2:00-4:00pm on Saturday afternoon when Wernsing will be start with a whole fish and end up with tuna tartar, charred tuna and a whole sashimi bar. On Sunday, from 2:00-4:00pm, Pearson, a pastry chef at heart, showcases her talent with sweets via nibbles like truffles, dipped marshmallows and fudge.
