Chefs Steve LaCount and Joe Rocco have just put the finishing touches on their new brunch menu at Chiara. Starting, Sunday October 8th, LaCount and Rocco will be in the kitchen early flipping omelets (of the fennel sausage and broccoli rabe, three cheese or mushroom variety), and poaching eggs for their eggs benedict with tarragon hollandaise, and blue potato and lobster hash. If eggs aren’t your thing there’s a seasonal fruit plate with honey-vanilla yogurt and granola; and brioche French toast with maple glazed confit duck and blackberry compote. They’ve even got a kid friendly menu with options like pancakes, scrambled eggs or chicken fingers. Brunch is available on Sundays from 11:00am until 2:00pm.
