Broaden your areas of culinary expertise at the hands of the city’s top culinary talent at Williams Sonoma Copley’s weekly cooking classes. Pick and choose the areas where you need work or sign up for the whole series. Classes cost $50 each and run from 9:00-11:00am on Sunday mornings. You get expert advice from folks who know their way around the kitchen (like pastry chef Molly Hanson of Excelsior and Grill 23 & Bar, Rene Michelena of Domani and Saint, and Williams Sonoma’s own Keenan Langlois) as well as printed copies of the recipes to take with you.
