Rialto winds down the weekend with the more rustic cuisine of France, Italy and Spain when chef Jody Adams hosts Hungry Sundays. Make your way to the Charles Hotel on upcoming Sunday nights starting in March to enjoy a three-course prix fixe menu from Adams for a mere $45 per person. The French-focused March menu starts off with options like celery root remoulade with watercress and citrus; oil poached shrimp with horseradish tomato vinaigrette; and snails and ham on garlic toast. In the entrée department, Adams focuses her energy on traditional cassoulet – her rendition of which includes white beans, carrots, leeks, sausage, goose confit, pork belly, pork cheeks, prosciutto, smoked bacon and bread crumbs.
