Todd English Heads to the Big Easy

Chef Todd English, of Olives, Kingfish Hall and Bonfire fame locally and of Fish Club, Blue Zoo and Tuscany (among countless others) nationally, will be opening his first New Orleans eatery this fall at the Hurrah’s Hotel & Casino. On the edge of the French Quarter, Riche will be a bit of a departure for English, showcasing his classic French training and recreating the feel of a Parisian bistro. Chef Christopher Baulo who’s headed up the kitchen at Olives at the Bellagio in Las Vegas will be running the show at the new spot, which is scheduled to open in September.
