Summer Sparklers at Meritage

Meritage invites guests to add a little effervescence to the summer season with sparkling wine flights, available at the restaurant’s signature bar from now through Labor Day. Wine manager Jonas Atwood will be offering eight bubblies from four continents, including Iron Horse Vineyards Blanc de Blan; Robert de Schlumberger Brut; and Aneri Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Brut. Flights, which include three glasses, cost $15 and allow for connoisseurs and novices alike to find something to suit their mood, with flavors ranging from rich and buttery, zesty and crisp, to toasty and burnt.
