Over the summer, treat your pooch to a special Saturday afternoon out on the town at Tremont 647’s Doggie Days on the patio. Every Saturday, from 2:00-5:00 Fido and friends are the guests of honor at this canine get together. Chef-owner Andy Husbands has partnered with the Polka Dog Bakery, the South End’s treat boutique for pups, to offer a man’s-best-friend-friendly menu that includes Martha’s Meatballs – tender vittles of gently seasoned ground beef drenched to perfection in a salt-free tomato paste sauce, and Lamb Rangoon – mouth watering lamb wrapped in a delicate shell. If all that dog walking has made you a bit peckish, Tremont 647 is also offering a limited café menu (for humans) on Saturdays from 2:00-5:00pm and on Sundays from 3:00-5:00pm.
