Chef-owner Evan Deluty can turn his attention to his South End hot spot Stella full time these days with the sale of Torch on Beacon Hill. New co-proprietors Babak Bina and Azita Bina-Seibel, the brother and sister team behind the Hill’s beloved Lala Rokh, will be opening a casual yet refined neighborhood restaurant and wine bar called Bin 26 late this summer. The 64-seat Mediterranean enoteca will offer a seasonally changing menu with options for snacking and sharing or for a full meal.
