This summer, in celebration of ten happy and healthy years of the Blue Room, chef Jorge Lopes and owner Nick Zappia are holding a summer-long fundraiser to benefit the Breast Health Center at Tufts-New England Medical Center. They’ll be donating 30 percent of sales of every glass or bottle of pink wine to the center, which helps patients pay for prostheses, wigs and transportation to and from appointments. So get on over to the Blue Room this summer, as often as possible, and raise a glass of rosé (they’ve added ten or so to the list) to do your part.
