Starting in June, chef Kevin Crawley kicks off his summer series of Monday night Food & Wine Tutorials at Coriander. Get a glimpse of the behind-the-scenes action in a professional kitchen while learning from a top notch chef. Each themed class runs from 7:00-9:00pm and costs $50 per person. The Wasik family returns for another memorable evening of cheese and wine. Bob Harkey of Harkey’s Wine & Spirits in Millis will pair wines with each flight – a winning team for sure. The finale will be a surprise entrée to really put you over the top.
Monday, June 19th – In Anticipation of Those Hot Summer Nights
Three courses perfect for any night of the summer: crab and avocado timbale with orange vinaigrette; striped bass Provencal; and local, freshly picked Ward’s Farm strawberries in an almond tuille with crème fraiche ice cream.
