The Commonwealth Restaurant Group makes some roster changes this month, adding General Manager Alec Riveros to the Mistral team and calling up Mark D’Alessandro to take on the role of Director of Operations for Mistral, Teatro, Sorellina and The Federalist. Riveros, who’s worked at Aujourd’hui at Four Seasons Boston and Julien at the Langham Hotel, comes to Mistral from Excelsior Restaurant, where he helped to open the restaurant and ran the restaurant’s day-to-day operations. Mark D’Alessandro, who once wore the GM hat at both Caffe Lampara and Skipjack’s, most recently served as general manager for Mistral and is now responsible for overseeing the front-of-house management teams at Mistral, Teatro, Sorellina and The Federalist.
