Chef Rachel Klein has created a playful menu of brunch favorites with a midday version of her signature Steak ‘n’ Eggs, a petite filet mignon with two sunnyside fried eggs served with fingerling herb frites and truffle butter; and Cherry Coke French toast, two slices of challah bread with a Coca-Cola and Southern Comfort reduction served with cherries flambé and candied bacon.
