Chef Toby Hill opens the Eldredge Room at the Queen Anne Inn in Chatham for its second season this month and unveils his one of a kind 20 course tasting menu. The Grand Tasting Menu, which will be available in addition to the a la carte menu, features Hill’s signature American-inspired fare in fanciful courses like pickled beet carpaccio with Cape Cod organic greens, crispy shallots, Old Chatham Sheepherding Co. sheep’s milk yogurt and Blythedale Farm grana; rosemary and black truffle-crusted Chatham skate wing with Niman Ranch bacon vinaigrette, caramelized cauliflower and truffles; and Brady’s crispy ricotta gnocchi with Ben’s mushrooms, ramps and cauliflower puree.
