Spring Culinary Series at the French Library

Francophiles and foodies unite at the French Library & Cultural Center this May when the city’s top French chefs bring some of their favorite dishes the three evenings of delicious demonstrations and dinners. The three part series starts on Monday, May 1st with chef Raymond Ost of Sandrine’s, followed by Brasserie Jo’s Olivier Rigaud on Monday, May 8th and finishing up with Jacky Robert of Petit Robert Bistro on Monday May 15th. Each of the chefs will prepare some of his signature dishes, offering instruction and insight. Cooking demonstrations will be followed by a three-course dinner of the demonstrated dishes with paired wines. Over dinner, each chef will talk about his unique experiences living and cooking in the United States and how he has adapted to American culinary trends and tastes.
