Spring Prix Fixe at Bonfire

Get over to Bonfire at the Park Plaza Hotel during the months of May and June for a special, three-course prix fixe from chef Jenny Cates. Choose from appetizers like skirt steak taco with pico de gallo, avocado crema and chipotle aioli; and crab cake: chilled yellow tomato nage, spicy cucumber and bacon salad. Entrée options include Brazilian churrasco – butterflied tenderloin with potato cake, gorgonzola crema, shiitake mushrooms and sherry vinegar glace; and pan roasted lemon chicken breast with spinach risotto, roasted red onion jus and braised baby carrots. Pastry chef John McKeigue brings desserts like chocolate torte and seasonal sorbet to the table. The prix fixe costs $45 each.
