Chef-owner Bill Atwood welcomes pastry chef Morand Dare to the team at The Red Pheasant Inn in Dennis Village. The French-trained chef hails most recently from the kitchen at the Chatham Bars Inn, but he’s honed his skills in cities like Toronto and New York (at the massive BR Guest restaurant group).
