Lobsters Abound at the Red Rock Bistro

Chef Lee Fannon gets a little lobster happy on the spring menu at Red Rock Bistro, adding four different kinds of lobster rolls, a double lobster pizza and a lobster frittata just in time for patio season. Opt for a traditional lobster roll served cold with a little mayo and a little chopped celery or choose the hot and buttered version – sautéed in butter and served on a grilled bun. You can also spice it up with the cold Asian spring roll (wrapped in rice paper with crisp Chinese veggies and dipping sauce) or the hot Asian spring roll (wrapped in rice paper with crisp Chinese veggies and dipping sauce and deep fried ‘til it’s golden brown). Each preparation costs $18.50 and considering there’s the equivalent of 1¼ pound lobster’s worth of meat in each one, that’s a pretty sweet deal. Call Red Rock at 781.595.1414 to make reservations and to get your hands on your first lobster roll of the season.
