Chef Jody Adams takes on Italy during the month of May with pasta-themed Hungry Sundays at Rialto. Head to the Charles Hotel on Sunday nights this May to enjoy Adams’ $45 three-course prix fixe menus. The Italian-inspired menu starts out with antipastos like bruschetta with buffalo mozzarella, slow braised tomatoes and pesto on gilled and evoo-drizzled Tuscan bread; prosciutto with Parmigiano Reggiano and fig jam; and roasted potatoes with salt cod and red pepper. Adams’ take on lasagna, the evening’s entrée and focal point, includes a veal, pork and turkey ragu with fennel, yellow tomatoes and lots of cheese.
