Chef Mark Sapienza Named New Executive Chef

Chef Mark Sapienza steps up to take the helm at the Langham Hotel, filling the role of Executive Chef. Sapienza, who’ll be taking over for Washington D.C.-bound Daniel Kenney, knows his way around the Langham kitchen – he originally joined the staff there in 1998 and has been chef de cuisine at Julien since March 2004. In his new role, he’ll be overseeing operations at both Julien and Cafe Fleuri, as well as the banquet kitchen and private dining rooms.
