The month starts off with a classic recipe: pan seared soft-shell crab with garlic, capers, butter and parsley, which will be available on Monday, May 1st. Drop in on Wednesday, May 17th for chili oil pan fried soft-shell crabs with Asian Napa slaw and wasabi mayo. Or swing by at the end of the month on Monday, May 29th for soft-shell crab pizza with queso azul, basil pesto and roasted garlic.
