Chef Geoff Gardner and wine director Erik Johnson continue their weekly exploration of wine and food this spring with another great line-up of Wine Wednesdays at Sel de la Terre. Guests, seated at large tables, enjoy a four-course tasting menu of Gardner’s rustic French fare as paired with a selection of wines inspired by changing seasons, wine regions or varietals. Johnson leads an informal talk touching upon the highlights of the evening’s wines. Wine Wednesdays start at 7:00pm and costs $45 per person.
