Spring Fest Menu at Le Soir

Spring is in the air in Newton Highlands, perhaps because of Le Soir‘s Spring Fest Menu courtesy of chef Mark Allen. Available anytime on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings and from 5:30-6:00pm on Fridays and Saturdays, the three-course menu costs $32.50 per person and is full of as much spring produce as you can fit on a three-course menu. Choices include roast spring vegetables with duck confit and shallot dressing; double cut pork chop with braised Vidalia onions and sweet and sour cabbage; and strawberry rhubarb cobbler with crème fraiche.
