Keep an eye out for Needham’s newest addition, Quince Bistro, a contemporary European bistro from owners Nancy and Ted Pell and chef Ian Grossman. Grossman, who’s had stints at local greats Radius and L’Espalier, has created a menu that pulls from his culinary sojourns throughout South America, Africa and Europe. Diners can choose from a menu of daily offerings, or opt for one of two tasting menu options. Menu highlights include housemade charcuterie; seared diver scallops with corn blini and braised hearts of celery; and slowly roasted Long Island duck with kumquat onion confiture and Puy lentil stew.
