Mark your calendars for May’s Boston Bakes for Breast Cancer, the Boston-based fundraiser that enlists chefs and pastry chefs from one hundred local area restaurants in the fight against breast cancer. From Monday, May 8th through Sunday, May 14th each participating restaurant will donate 100 percent of the proceeds from a specially designed dessert to the Eva Brownman Breast Cancer Fund. Now in its 7th year, the fundraiser has raised more than $155,000 (and hopes to hit $200,000 this year.
