With restaurants in Chatham, Falmouth and Hyannis, Roobar heads off-Cape this year with a new spot in Plymouth, scheduled to open in mid-April. Located at Cordage Park, a newly remodeled factory building, the 150-seat restaurant features a combination of old and new with 18-foot ceilings, a custom made field stone chimney and a 30-foot bar. Chef Tim Miller, a CIA graduate who not long ago headed up the kitchen at the Ocean House in Dennisport, will be overseeing the kitchen at the new Roobar.
