Friday Bites at Great Bay

Great Bay gets the weekend off to a good start with their Friday Bites food and wine pairing series at the Island. From 6:00-7:00pm chef de cuisine Lee Chizmar and company will gather at the island, that’s the centrally located raw bar at Great Bay, to pair some exceptional wines with their spectacular seafood. On Friday, January 20th, explore the sushi, sashimi ceviche conundrum and on Friday, January 27th, taste the perfect oyster complement by the perfect wine.
