New Chef, New Shots from Anthem

With opening/consulting chef Robert Fathman turning his attention back to Azure, chef Ben Hennemuth takes the helm at Anthem, the happy-go-lucky American bistro in Bullfinch Triangle (just around the corner from the TD Banknorth Garden). Hennemuth keeps Anthem’s playful culinary spirit alive with dishes like lager lime battered pulled pork dumplings but gets down to business in dishes like salmon or swordfish.
