The Fairmont Copley Plaza and the Boston Center for Adult Education team up again this year to host the 2006 Celebrity Chef’s Culinary Program. The Saturday afternoon gatherings, which take place at the Fairmont Copley Plaza, allow participants to meet some of the area’s top chefs and learn the fundamentals (and flourishes) that make their signature dishes special. Guests’ll sample delicious food, taste amazing wine, and engage in lively discussions with experts about pairing the two. Session cost $50 each and run from 1:00-3:00pm.
