Slow Food Dinner Series at the Inn at Castle Hill

The Inn at Castle Hill, in concert with Slow Food Boston, continues their third annual Guest Chef Series in 2006 with guest chef appearances from come of Boston’s top toques. The four-course dinners, served in the fire-lit Tavern adjacent to the Inn, feature local and seasonal ingredients in the tradition of the Slow Food movement, which is dedicated to preserving the cultures and traditions of taste, and works to popularize and support the consumption of seasonal, local foods. The dinners cost $75 per person not including beverages, taxes or gratuity.
