Toscana Culinaria with Jody Adams

Tour Tuscany this summer with Rialto chef and cookbook author Jody Adams when she teams up with Dun Gifford of Oldways Preservation Trust for a week-long trip exploring the secrets behind Tuscany’s food and wine treasures. Using Florence as a home base, travelers will fan out from there to dig deeply into the region’s wines, olive oils, fresh produce and the secrets of its amazing dishes. Guests will have a chance to visit with local producers of food and wine specially selected by Adams; savor special dishes, or house specialties and meals at well-known local restaurants; and learn from hands-on cooking lessons led by Adams and local chefs.
