Chef Steven Brand has created a $35, three-course menu for the Monday Club Bar that boasts courses like onion soup with gruyere and prosciutto; slow-roasted Atlantic cod with black beans, avocado and cilantro; and Buche de Noel with meringue mushrooms. In the Soiree Room, the $45, three-course prix fixe menu includes parsnip soup with Meyer lemon and smoked paprika oil; tenderloin of pork with garlic-chive spaetzle and glazed carrots; and gingerbread financier with cranberry caramel. There’s a children’s menu available for half price and you can leave you car with the valets at UpStairs while you head to the show.
