Harvest wraps up the 2005 season of their popular monthly wine and food tasting series, The Harvest Review, with an end-of-the-year retrospective highlighting some of chef Keith Pooler’s most inspired dishes. Guests at Deja Review – The Best of Harvest Review, which is scheduled for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday December 27th, 28th and 29th, can enjoy a menu of lobster empanada with heirloom salsa crudo, avocado cream; rabbit and dumplings with wild mushrooms, gnocci; and ham and sage braised thighs with garlicky polenta. For dessert, pastry chef Liz O’Connell adds Tahitian vanilla custard with meringue cookie.
