For the month of December, the Oxford Street Grill in downtown Lynn puts the spotlight on truffles with a three-course Truffle Tasting Menu from chef David Fitzgerald. The menu, which will change weekly, features earthy, aromatic and intensely flavored truffles in dishes like truffle-crisped gyoza skins with truffle mashed potatoes and spinach; grilled petit lamb sausages with warm wild mushroom potato salad and shaved Burgundy truffles; and cast-iron seared pheasant breast en croute served with celeriac-truffle puree. A non-truffle-related dessert completes the meal. The menu, which varies weekly, ranges in price from $60-90 per person with an additional $25-40 when paired with wines.
