Wine director Mark Goldberger wraps up blu’s 2005 Saturday Afternoon Wine Series with two classes exploring the sparkling side of life in Bubbling Over at blu. Join Goldberger from 1:00-2:30pm on either Saturday, December 10th or Saturday, December 17th for three glasses of champagne as paired with three small plates from chef Tom Fosnot.
