Home Grown Prix Fixe at EVOO

Chef Peter McCarthy rolls out his Home Grown Menu at EVOO this month. The three-course prix fixe menu features local ingredients in dishes like smoked bluefish pate with pickled chanterelles, Dominique’s sweet mustard and Pete’s butter crackers; seared day boat cod fillet with fried Ipswich clams, applewood smoked bacon, Verrill Farm’s potatoes, leeks and Chris’ tartar sauce; and sweet potato-brown sugar pie with apple butter and whipped cream.
