From now ‘til Labor Day, chef Gabriel Frasca will spend his mornings scouring the local markets and farm stands for the freshest and most unusual ingredients to be used in his three-course prix fixe Spire Market Menus. The menus, which will change daily, will be enhanced by herbs picked from the blossoming rooftop garden at the Nine Zero Hotel. Expect summery dishes like heirloom tomato salad with Stillman Farm lettuces and Topsfield chevre; Gloucester cod with ratatouille, basil and heirloom chick peas; and Nourse Farms black raspberry clafoutis with rooftop lemon verbena ice cream.
