Crab Festival Menu at Magnolias

August is the month of the crab at Magnolias where chef John Silberman incorporates fresh Louisiana lump crabmeat, crab fingers and more into his August Crab Festival menu. Available from August 2nd through September 3rd drop by Inman Square for appetizers like vine-ripe tomatoes and fresh mozzarella topped with lump crabmeat and basil vinaigrette; and fresh Louisiana lump crabmeat surrounded by bloody mary salsa, hearts of palm and avocado. Entrees options include roasted pork tenderloin served over crab and corn relish, and topped with honey-marinated crab fingers; and roasted salmon topped with asparagus and sautéed lump crabmeat, with a light lemon-chive butter.
