In celebration of Boston’s most beloved crustacean, chef JJ Fernandes at Swans Café at the Boston Park Plaza Hotel has put together a menu devoted entirely to lobster. The Lobster Trap menu, as it’s called, features premium fresh lobster meat in dishes ranging from the traditional lobster rolls with coleslaw and house-made terra chips, to a lobster quesadilla with spicy black beans, shitaki mushrooms and jack cheese.
