Taste the Harvest Menus at Harvest

Chef Keith Pooler is putting the finishing touches on his Taste the Harvest tasting menus, which will be available Sunday through Thursday at Harvest for both lunch and dinner starting August 1st. The three-course menus are designed to highlight summer produce like locally grown heirloom tomatoes, corn strawberries and greens. The lunch menu, which costs $21 per person, offers options like heirloom tomato tart with micro basil; pan seared flounder with kohlrabi, baby carrots, pea tendrils and spiced fumet; and Verril Farm strawberries with sour cream and brown sugar. Or guests can drop in for dinner for $33 per person and choose from courses like grilled Vermont quail with corn flan and barbeque vinaigrette; seared jumbo scallops with shoe peg succotash, Harrington bacon lardons and red bliss potato; and Verril Farm strawberries with sambucca sabayon.
