Spire chef Gabriel Frasca and “wine and cocktail tsar” Jordan Goncharoff have put together a Romance Language Wine Dinner that’ll be available from Monday, July 18th through Saturday, July 23rd. The five course tasting menu will feature ingredients fresh from the farmer’s market paired wine selections from Portugal, Spain, France and Italy. The Romance Language Pairing Menu will be available as a five course tasting menu for $105 or an eight course tasting menu for $160, including wines.
