Fresh from the Market Menu at Perdix

Inspired by the bountiful produce at the Copley Square Farmers’ Market, chef-owner Tim Partridge introduces a three course, prix fixe Market Menu available every Tuesday and Wednesday at Perdix. Recent menus have included dishes like gazpacho with native tomato sorbet; four local lettuces with simple lemon vinaigrette; native corn soup with crab; and native strawberry soup with creme fraiche ice cream.
