Shrimp Festival Menu at Magnolias

Chef John Silberman celebrates shrimp in his trademark Southern style this summer with another of his festival menus at Magnolias. Running from Tuesday, July 5th through Saturday, July 30th, the Shrimp Festival Menu features appetizers like grilled shrimp skewered with black mission figs over arugula and dressed with black current sauce; and coconut beer-battered shrimp with a tangy orange mustard dipping sauce. Entrée options include shrimp stuffed rainbow trout topped with browned lemon butter and accompanied by mashed sweet and new potatoes; and New Orleans barbecued shrimp, sautéed shell-on, in an aromatic blend of garlic, rosemary and house-made Worcestershire sauce.
