Throughout the month of July, chef Christoph Leu gets into the swing of summer at Turner Fisheries with a special menu dedicated entirely to lobster, summer’s most succulent crustacean. The a la carte menu, which will be available in addition to the regular summer menu, features lobster-focused courses like lobster and shiitake spring roll with glass noodles and mint, and corn and okra relish; grilled lobster tail with cucumber and tomato salsa and pesto ice cream; and for those traditionalists among us – baked stuffed lobster with chanterelle mushroom stuffing and chervil butter.
