Longfellow Tasting Menu at Julien

In celebration of the London Langham’s 140th anniversary, chef Mark Sapienza welcomes guests to Julien at the Langham Hotel Boston for a seven-course banquet in honor of the American poet Henry Wadsworth Longfellow. Available from Monday, June 6th through Sunday, June 12th, the Longfellow Tasting Menu, which features dishes like oysters en mignonette, stuffed quail, roasted lamb with mint and peas, is just one part of the Boston Langham Hotel’s month-long birthday tribute to the London Langham.
