The evenings, which generally get underway at 6:30pm, offer guests an exceptional opportunity to learn a little something from sommelier Shane Lessard while trying cuisine from resident chef Susie Regis. Wednesday, June 1st – Champagne Tasting – Drop by to try some their favorite bubblys, along some of the new “boutique” fizz that’s the talk of the town. $50 per person.
Wednesday, June 15th – An Evening for Chianti – Embark on a special dinner and a unique tour of Tuscany. $75 per person.
Tuesday, July 19th – Experience Cabernet Dinner – Rediscover Cabernet in a special dinner prepared by UpStairs’ wonderful chefs. $49 per person.
